Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2025
Important Notice: FastLogo relies on Firebase for one-tap sign-in and never stores user passwords. Credits are purchased through Apple in-app purchases. We only collect the minimum information required inside the mobile app and protect it with encrypted transmission.
1. Information We Collect
To deliver mobile sign-in, credit purchases, and AI design experiences we may collect the following information:
- Firebase profile data: Firebase user ID, linked email or phone, third-party identity tokens, and any optional avatar or display name.
- Usage information: AI prompts, style preferences, generated results, and timestamps so we can keep your history accessible.
- Transaction data: Apple in-app purchase order numbers, product IDs, receipt summaries, timestamps, and amounts (never full payment card details).
- Device diagnostics: Device model, OS version, app version, masked IP, and crash logs used for troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
- Authenticate you through Firebase and maintain one-tap sign-in sessions.
- Sync credit balances, process Apple in-app purchases, and surface receipts for your review.
- Execute AI generation requests, store drafts temporarily, and improve overall model quality.
- Monitor unusual sign-ins or abuse patterns to keep your account and the platform secure.
- Send product updates, credit changes, or service alerts when you opt in.
3. Data Storage & Retention
- Firebase account data stays while your account is active and is deleted or anonymized after closure in line with legal requirements.
- Apple in-app purchase records and receipts are retained for up to 5 years to satisfy regulatory or tax requirements.
- AI outputs are not stored long term on our servers; please back up exported PNG files yourself.
- Diagnostic logs are stored for up to 90 days to investigate crashes and performance issues.
4. Third-Party Services & Sharing
FastLogo works with the following third parties for authentication, payments, and infrastructure, sharing only what is necessary:
- Firebase (Google Cloud) powers authentication, notifications, and data storage.
- Apple In-App Purchase processes credit purchases and validates official receipts.
- AI vendors receive encrypted prompts and parameters during generation.
- Cloud infrastructure and logging platforms provide hosting and security monitoring.
All third parties sign data processing agreements and may not use the information beyond this policy.
5. Local Storage & Preferences
- The mobile app stores Firebase tokens and recent preferences locally for faster access; it does not automatically keep full design drafts.
- When you visit our marketing site we only set essential cookies such as language preference; the designer is not available in browsers.
- You may clear this data via device or browser settings, though you might need to sign in again or reapply preferences.
6. Data Security & Protection
- All data travels over HTTPS and sensitive fields are stored with industry-standard encryption; we never keep plaintext passwords.
- Access controls ensure only authorized staff can access necessary data.
- We run routine security audits and vulnerability scans to address risks quickly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may exercise the following rights by contacting us below:
