1. Scope of the Terms

These Terms apply to the FastLogo mobile application and related offerings. FastLogo does not currently provide a browser-based designer. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must authorize Firebase to use your email, phone, or third-party identity for one-tap sign-in and ensure the information is accurate.
• FastLogo never stores plaintext passwords; safeguard your devices, verification codes, and any credentials tied to Firebase or third-party sign-ins.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us via support or in-app feedback immediately so we can respond together.

3. Credits & Payments

• FastLogo delivers AI generation, PNG export, and similar features through credits that are purchased exclusively via Apple in-app purchases.
• Credit pricing, benefits, and usage terms are defined at checkout, may change as needed, and comply with Apple pricing tiers and policies.
• Credits arrive immediately after Apple confirms payment; unless the App Store or applicable law mandates otherwise, credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-refundable.
• To protect transactions we may, consistent with Apple review and our risk controls, delay fulfillment pending manual verification; no additional invoices or billing downloads are provided.

4. AI Usage Guidelines

• Do not submit or generate content that is unlawful, violent, pornographic, hateful, or infringing.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI outputs to ensure legality and compliance.
• We may automatically inspect prompts and outputs to improve models and prevent abuse.
• We may suspend or terminate AI access if you breach these guidelines.

5. User Content & Feedback

You are responsible for managing any designs saved or exported on your device; FastLogo does not offer cloud draft storage. Feedback you share with us may be used freely and irrevocably to improve the product.

6. Service Availability & Changes

• We strive to keep the mobile app and backend services stable but may interrupt them for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.
• We may modify, replace, or discontinue features with reasonable notice and may adjust release timing based on Apple review outcomes.
• If paid features are materially affected we will, where permitted, extend credits, provide equivalent value, or help you seek refunds through Apple.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastLogo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.

8. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate service immediately if you violate these Terms or harm others or the platform.
• You may request account deletion at any time; unused credits are handled per our applicable policies.
• After termination you remain responsible for obligations accrued before the termination date.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should be resolved through amicable negotiation first; failing that, submit the matter to the competent court where FastLogo is registered.
